Vegan Haleem Recipe


Haleem is a traditional South Asian and Middle Eastern dish. It makes for a very hearty and nutrient rich meal which is high in energy, protein, fibre and vitamins. Haleem is typically made with meat but I find that a vegetarian or vegan Haleem tastes amazing as well. I’m sharing a vegan Haleem recipe here which has been modified to be super healthy, while keeping all the yumminess intact.
